At UKShop, we want you to be completely satisfied with your fashion purchase, which is why we offer a hassle-free 30-day return policy on all unworn items. If your new outfit isn't the perfect fit, simply follow our streamlined process to secure a refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Log in to your UKShop account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a unique RMA number.

• 2.
  Package Your Items

  Place the unworn garments back into their original packaging with all designer tags attached to ensure your return is accepted.

• 3.
  Attach the Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid Royal Mail return label provided in your portal and affix it securely to the outside of your parcel.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Take your package to any local Post Office and keep your proof of postage; we will process your refund within 5-7 business days of receipt.
